This beautiful triquetra pendant is a new interpretation of a traditional Celtic style. This is one of my very favorite new designs; I love how it turned out! The design is carved, with an antiqued background, surrounding the Amethyst gemstone cabochon. This pendant makes a great gift for friends, loved ones, or yourself.
About Celtic knots and my triquetra gemstone design-
Celtic knotwork patterns have been used for centuries as symbols of connection, protection, and good luck. And, let’s be honest, because they look awesome.
The Triquetra has a long history and has been used by many cultures, including Celtic and Viking, as a symbol of interconnection, eternity, and life. It is also known as the triple knot, trefoil knot, and trinity knot.
Amethyst is one of my favorite gemstones. It is a type of quartz crystal, in beautiful shades of purple, violet, and lavender. Amethyst is said to help with enthusiasm, protection, insight, and intuition.
When I designed this pendant, I centered the triquetra symbols around the gemstone, and it turned out even better than I hoped. When you wear this piece, it looks stunning at a distance, and it’s even more beautiful as you look closer and can see all the fine details.
All CelticKnotWorks pieces are proudly handcrafted in the USA. This pendant is my original design, designed from scratch by me. I make these pendants in partnership with my family business, Deva Designs.
I ordered several pendants and I love each one. The messages on the back of a few were welcome surprise. The package and velvet pouches are also very special. Love my little extra pocket piece...all who wander are not lost.
The workmanship is wonderful. The pendant is beautiful. I think I will order the emerald one, too.
The items I purchased we just as promised. I especially like the triquetra with amethyst. I look forward to new things
I LOVE this pendant. The design is bold and beautiful and the amethyst is a gorgeous stone!
I love this one! It's a nice size, and the details are lovely! One of my favorites I've gotten so far.
