Notes from the Celtic Bear: I love this tea so much! Yes I drink it every evening before bed. When Rubiee at Dryad Tea sent me tea-creation samples, I fell in love with this blend immediately. I find it to be lightly herbal, relaxing, clearing and easing of lungs and throat, and totally delicious!
To Brew Your Tea: We suggest approximately 1 tsp per 8oz of water. For stronger tea, use more tea rather than more time. After steeping, add honey or your favorite sweetener to taste, if you desire.
